As mulheres negras como protagonistas no resgate da identidade à luz da implementação da lei 10.639/2003

Abstract

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo salientar a atuação de Docentes Negras frente à implementação da Lei 10.639/2003 na Educação Básica, com relação ao papel da cultura afro-brasileira para a democratização social, focalizando-se algumas implicações no desenvolvimento pessoal e social, enfatizando uma reflexão sobre a prática em um ambiente educativo que compreende a riqueza da diversidade e o respeito às diferenças. Nesse intuito, aliançado ao feminismo negro, a pesquisa buscou elucidar os desafios frente à efetivação dessa lei nas instituições de ensino buscando através do diálogo e do entendimento da situação perscrutada, avaliar ações e o melhor procedimento para solucionar os conflitos de forma a fomentar um ambiente democrático e igualitário. Destarte, as informações para o estudo de caso foram obtidas através de amostragem, por intermédio de entrevistas com docentes da rede pública de ensino visando a investigar a aplicação da lei na educação básica na forma de atuação dessas docentes, obtendo assim um diálogo da prática e vivência como metodologias, apoiando-nos em teóricos que alicerçam esse estudo. A revisão da literatura sobre o assunto abrange os principais temas do trabalho tais como: o papel da escola na formação do cidadão, a implementação da lei 10.639/03, a importância das práticas pedagógicas para afirmação da identidade negra e uma contextualização relacionada ao tema principal, que é o protagonismo das professoras negras ativistas no cotidiano pedagógico. This research aims to highlight the performance of Black Teachers regarding the implementation of Law 10.639/2003 in Basic Education, focusing on the role of Afro-Brazilian culture for social democratization, with an emphasis on some implications for personal and social development, underscoring a reflection on practice in an educational environment that embraces the richness of diversity and respect for differences. To this end, aligned with Black feminism, the research sought to clarify the challenges of effectively implementing this law in educational institutions by seeking, through dialogue and understanding of the scrutinized situation, to evaluate actions and the best procedures to resolve conflicts in a way that promotes a democratic and equitable environment. Thus, the information for the case study was obtained through sampling, by means of interviews with teachers from the public education system aiming to investigate the application of the law in basic education concerning the performance of these teachers, thus obtaining a dialogue of practice and experience as methodologies, supported by theorists who underpin this study. The literature review on the subject covers the main themes of the work such as: the role of the school in the formation of citizenship, the implementation of law 10.639/03, the importance of pedagogical practices for the affirmation of black identity, and a contextualization related to the main theme, which is the protagonism of black activist teachers in the pedagogical daily life.
